GANESH: THE MOST WORSHIPPED HINDU GOD
The Ganesh collections created inspired by the most loved God of the Hindu religion.
Because Ganesh is the God of the good luck, of success and health, responsible for everything good, purposeful and propulsive can happen to a man.
Son of Shiva, god of wisdom, and Parvati, Ganesh has the head of an elephant and the human body. He was born with a human head but he was decapitated by Shiva in a fit of anger.
His mother Parvati forced her husband to bring him back to life. He obeyed, but in a rush he gave him the head of the first animal he encountered: an elephant.
Ganesh, one of the the most important gods, has something random (or better, casual).
This story is so unique and sui generis that can only create empathy.
GANESH. A CROSSROADS OF STORIES AND EXPERIENCES THAT MEET AND MIX.
But sometimes he tells so many. All different, all new.
How many lives can be in one lifetime? Countless, each beautiful in its own way.
The funny thing is that we are often so busy living them all the way down that we don’t realize how far we have already come. So far away from the start and yet still so far from our goal.
Then you just have to look back ... and there it is our road that runs straight behind us like a great river of experience. Many intersections, a few corners and a lot of obstacles already overcome.
The thread that holds tied together all these lives is not always visible. It is a thin tie, some call it the "case", other "free will”. But your choices, your decisions are already within you.
Perhaps we are driven by instinct, or by our personality, or to the higher power that the Indian wisdom called Karma.
It could be a nice way to give meaning to the inexplicable, to get to the head of the thread and start sewing together all our lives in one fantastic plot.

The same plot which pronounces our clothes.
The definition of the Ganesh collection is perfectly fitting for each and every one of us. Just like its garments. A clothing line: “Everylife clothes”. Ganesh clothes are innovative in their conception and treatment, but are created with an “old soul”, that renders them victims of time.
Thus “time victim” more than “fashion victim”.
These garments are wrinkled and do not need ironing. They are innovative without trying to be modern. You can treat them like old friends from the start, no formalities required. They do not confer that feeling of being estranged that new, starched garments do (that almost make you feel like you are somehow violating them by wearing them the first time). These clothes seems to have a life before this one, even if just an imaginary life, and they were then reincarnated into the Ganesh brand.
THE TAILOR AND THE PLOT OF A DREAM.
Ganesh’s story started at the beginning of the last century.
The needle and string of this story belonged to Foresto Bargi: the tailor that started sewing men’s jackets for 70 cents and ended up running a successful enterprise.
In 1924 he founded a company that manufactured men’s clothes made unique by the use of high-quality material created with a tailored cut.
The attention to detail and the craftsmanship employed resisted serial production, making the company famous for its capability of combining technological innovation and Couture.
Today the company is run by Nicolas Bargi, the founder’s grandson, and its main goal is a meticulous search for high-quality fabrics to transform, color, embroider, dye or wash with interesting hues. While the style, the cut and the geometry of the garments remain strictly “Made in Italy”, respecting the long family tradition.
